Tool descriptions, scores, ratings and comparisons are our editorial opinion and community input, based on information available when published. Products change; check a tool's own site before relying on a feature or price. Course content is for education and is not legal, financial or professional advice. Paid course access is personal to the buyer and may not be shared or resold.

Acceptable use and automated access

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Systematically scrape, bulk-download or harvest tool listings, scores, reviews or course content, or copy them to build a substitute or competing directory, dataset or course
• Republish paid course material or share course access
• Send automated requests at a rate that burdens the site, or circumvent rate limits, access controls or our robots.txt
• Manipulate ratings, submit fake reviews or tools, or attempt unauthorised access

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome. Crawlers that follow our robots.txt, including search engines and AI search, assistant and training crawlers, may index the site. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page on radartrek.com. For data access or partnerships, contact connect@radartrek.com. We may block or rate-limit automated traffic that breaches these terms.

Intellectual property

The RadarTrek name, design, scores, written content, courses and compilations belong to Reach Solutions FZE LLC or its licensors. Third-party product names and logos belong to their owners. Apart from personal use and the quoting allowed above, you may not reproduce or redistribute site content without written permission.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reach Solutions FZE LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or of tools listed on it. Your use of third-party tools is governed by their own terms. See also our privacy policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sharjah.
